Valley View Tower

Valley View Tower, located in down town Winona, consists of efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments. There are 130 apartments in the 12-story building, apartments are on floors 2-12. Accessible units are available. There are two elevators and two stair wells in the building.

The main floor boasts common areas including a large foyer, lounge areas, media room and a multi-purpose room.  There is a central mail area, a large laundry facility with state of the art High Efficiency card operated washers & dryers. A vending area and indoor trash and recycling are also located on the main floor.

There is a barbecue grill area for the tenants use, along with several picnic tables and park benches. Bird feeders are frequented by beautiful area birds!  A dog walking station is provided. Limited private off street parking is available by permit. Bike racks are also provided.

The grounds are maintained by a fulltime onsite maintenance staff, as are the interior common areas. This building has an after hours “buzz-in” security system and security cameras. The sky room offers daily lunches staffed and run by Semcac Senior Dining.

There is a full time onsite maintenance staff and emergency maintenance 24 hrs a day 7 days a week for all of the developments.

The building is very unique as it is hexagon shaped to take full advantage of the beautiful Winona area. The west view is of  Winona and the Interstate bridge crossing over the Mississippi River. The East view shows Winona and the Sugarloaf Hill. The North view shows the Mississippi River and the bluffs in Wisconsin. The South view shows Garvin Heights and the beautiful bluffs. Any floor offers a wonderful scenic view!
